Too addictive but makes no sense

I have been playing this game for a while now and it is VERY entertaining. Been having too much fun with it and my only complaint is that its too difficult to get some items without having to do an "in app purchase." I am not able to complete a few missions due to the fact that the crossbow requires a ridiculous amount of gold that would take a lot of time to acquire if you do not decide to send money on it. Other than that, im just waiting for the upcoming levels!
